HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A VISA UPON ARRIVAL AT VIETNAM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS?

Usually, it takes from 20 to 40 minutes to obtain your VOA at a Vietnam international airport. But it depends on the number of people at the counter.
To avoid waiting in line, you can use our Airport fast track service.

CAN US CITIZENS GET A VISA ON ARRIVAL IN VIETNAM?

Yes. All you must do is to arrive in Vietnam by air and complete your Vietnam visa application online before your trip. Plus, you must also have a valid passport that meets the below requirements to enter Vietnam:

  • Your passport must be valid for at least six months.

  • Your passport is still valid after leaving Vietnam.

  • Your passport still has at least one blank page for the entry and exit stamps.

  • Visit the  Embassy of Vietnam website for up-to-date information.

HOW DO I PAY THE FEES?

There are 2 fees that you need to pay: service fee and stamping fee.
The service fee must be paid in advance in order to process your order.
The stamping fee is paid directly at the Landing visa counter (only USD or VND is accepted). It is advised that you should prepare the money beforehand.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN E-VISA AND A VISA ON ARRIVAL?

The difference lies in their natures. Travelers can apply and obtain their E-visa online before their journey. On the other hand, VOAs can only be obtained once the travelers reach destinations that are mostly international airports.
